Overview
Syllabus: Personal AI Mastery
Personal AI Mastery is a practical course designed to build confident, thoughtful use of artificial intelligence in everyday professional work. It focuses on understanding what AI can and cannot do, learning how to write effective prompts, choosing the right AI tools for different tasks, and integrating AI into common workflows such as writing, research, meeting preparation, and strategic analysis.
The course emphasizes developing reliable practices rather than occasional experimentation. Participants build reusable prompt libraries, structured workflows, and verification habits so AI can consistently support drafting, synthesis, planning, and communication while maintaining human judgment and oversight.
Alongside technical skills, Personal AI Mastery also examines the broader implications of AI use, including bias, equity impacts, and responsible governance in organizational settings. The result is a balanced approach that combines practical capability with critical awareness, enabling AI to be used effectively, ethically, and with clear intention.
Personal AI Mastery progresses through four stages: understanding AI, applying it in real work, evaluating its impacts, and building durable systems for long-term use.
